We can arrange dinner for hotel guests. Price for 1 person: 22 € (18+ years), 14 € (3-17 years), 0 € (0-2 years).

If 20 or more people gather for dinner, it is served as a buffet. If up to 20 people gather, it is served in portions.

Bank cards (Visa, Master Card), and cash – euros only (EUR).

Guests arriving by car can find us in the town centre at Vilniaus al. 13-1, Druskininkai. The entrance to the underground parking lot is from Maironio Street. The parking is free for guests of the AQUA and FLORES hotels. Guests of the FLORES hotel apartments can park their car in another parking lot which is situated next to the hotel building. Contact the reception for information on how to access this parking area. Guests of the apartment centre can park their car next to the apartment building. Contact the reception for more details.

Travel by train to one of the bigger cities (Vilnius or Kaunas), then change to the intercity bus which goes to Druskininkai. Alternatively, you can continue your trip with a rented car. When you have arrived at the Druskininkai bus station, we recommend continuing your journey to us on foot (~10-15 min. walk), by bus or by taxi.

The nearest airports are in Vilnius (133 km away) and Kaunas (144 km away). After landing, change to the intercity bus which goes to Druskininkai. Alternatively, you can continue your trip with a rented car. When you have arrived at the Druskininkai bus station, we recommend continuing your journey to us on foot (~10-15 min. walk), by bus or by taxi.

You can check in at the hotel from 14:00 and check out until 12:00.

There are many companies in Lithuania that provide taxi and car rental services. You can find information on them online. If you have specific requests, feel free to call our reception at +370 697 08001.

Those guests who are planning to visit the hotel with children or babies should indicate during the booking process whether they will need an additional bed or a baby cot. You can rent a bathrobe for your child for the duration of your stay at the reception.

The AQUA recreation and health centre is adapted to people with reduced mobility. 
Special hotel rooms can be accessed either directly from the Aqua Park hall on the 1st storey or by elevator. The bathrooms inside these apartments are adapted to people with reduced mobility (they have wider doors, lower sinks and handrails next to the toilets/showers).
