1. Ambition of the programme – to build as wide group of loyal customers as possible.
2. About the programme – a loyal customer gets personal discount to purchase 6 tickets to Druskininkai AquaPark. The tickets are valid for 1 year. 6 tickets of the same category are included in a personal “AQUA Friend” card. Ticket prices are provided in the table below. Ticket prices are valid from 01.08.2024 until 30.06.2025.

3. Loyal customer of Druskininkai AquaPark is considered to be an “AQUA Friend”.
4. When visiting with the “AQUA Friend” card – the personal “AQUA Friend” card and ID document must be presented to a cash-desk officer.
5. How the programme works:
- If a visitor wishes to become a loyal customer, the application form must be filled-in (application forms are available in Lithuanian, Polish, Russian and English). More information about the membership programme is available at the website www.aquapark.lt or at the cash-desk of Druskininkai AquaPark.
- When purchasing a ticket, a customer should present to a cash-desk officer application form with specified visiting days (weekdays or weekends/holidays) according to price calendar*, ticket period (2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours or full-day), programme (C or B+C) and customer age range (adult, elderly, student or child), and a personal ID document with picture.
- Cash-desk officer issues an “AQUA Friend” card and takes a payment for 6 visits.
6. About the “AQUA Friend” card:
- “AQUA Friend” card shall be valid for 1 year (Example: If the card is issued on 1 September 2024, it is valid through 1 September 2025). All 6 visits should take place during this period.
- Validity of the expired “AQUA Friend” cards can be extended upon decision the company director.
- In case “AQUA Friend” card gets lost / damaged, the owner of the card shall pay 3 € fee for issuance of a new card and data-transfer operation.
- “AQUA Friend” card discounts shall not be summed up with other discounts and they shall not be applied for subscribers.
- “AQUA Friend” card shall not be cancelled and refund requests shall be rejected.
- “AQUA Friend” card holder shall agree to Druskininkai AquaPark regulations.
- Any breach of the regulations may lead to “AQUA Friend” card validity cancellation.
* according price calendar. Weekdays and weekends/holidays prices are valid on January-June, September-December, on July-August only weekends/holidays prices are valid.
